Ship AI Alarm System

Details of the basic function deployment (customers can make comments and requests):

1. Leave and sleep at the driver's station.

2. Leave duty and sleep duty in the control room.

3. Helmet and uniform monitoring in the cabin

4. Deck area intrusion, life jacket monitoring

5. Aft light deck area intrusion, helmet monitoring

6. Pilot's station to monitor the mud warehouse deck boarding

Location and Function：  

1.Wheelhouse

The Largest red box stands for the area where the system detects whether personnel leave the post.(If there is less than one person in the area for no less than 180s, the system will record and raise an alarm.)

The smaller green box represents the area where the system detects whether personnel are sleeping. (If a sleeping personnel is detected, the system will record and raise an alarm )

In the blue boxes are detected personnel.

 

2. Control room

The Largest red box stands for the area where the system detects whether personnel leave the post.(If there is less than one person in the area for no less than 180s, the system will record and raise an alarm.)

The smaller green box represents the area where the system detects whether personnel are sleeping. (If a sleeping personnel is detected, the system will record and raise an alarm )

In the blue boxes are detected personnel.

 

3.Left & Right Main Engines in the Engine Room

The whole image is the detected area.

The system will raise an alarm if the personnel are not wearing a helmet or overalls. (The templates of the overalls need to be regularly updated to improve system accuracy. At the beginning, the box rang many alarms. However, after screening and training, the accuracy greatly improved. )
