①Intelligent Visualized Integrated Operation and Maintenance Management System

The system uses the latest lightweight design to reconstruct the ship’s shape, structure, engine room layout, core equipment, piping arrangement, installation information, and other elements, and based on the real-time data acquired by the data acquisition system, it carries out three-dimensional visualized operation monitoring of the ship and equipment. The system also adopts a 360-degree panoramic roaming mode for personnel to visually check the ship's every corner without a dead angle and to locate and observe the equipment from the shore base. Also, combined with real-time CCTV video monitoring, the system enables a quick check into the exterior of the ship's equipment as well as its current or historical operating data. Moreover, the system can conduct interactive three-dimensional visualized dynamic dismantling of core equipment. We also provide hand-held IETM interactive electronic technical manuals, teaching and training for the crew's self-study projects, guidance for operation and maintenance, and prompts and warnings for all the inspection requirements of the classification society and the maritime safety authorities to make the crews and managing personnel’s operation, maintenance and management more efficient and intuitive. The system can also perform big data analysis based on the operation data and establish mathematical models for equipment failure warnings.

The artificially Intelligent Recognition and Alarm System is an intelligent detecting and recording system. The system is designed and developed to define, maintain, and identify acts and behaviors of violation of regulations, and to enable online monitoring and management for different workplaces, and diverse production sites with varied environmental conditions, such as on ships, factories, harbors, etc.

The intelligent CCTV system can carry out front-end analysis and calculation, taking full advantage of system edge calculation, which can detect front-end violations at the fastest speed and send the detected results to the back-end, thus reducing the operation pressure of the back-end intelligent analysis server.

B)Compatible with retrofitting of old systems

Currently, the main cameras used in shipping are 130w and 200w HD cameras. Even if the old system does not meet the existing pixel demand, it can still be transformed by replacing the front-end camera and deploying an intelligent analysis server in the back-end.

C)SSL Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Technology

Proactive defense and early warning: when monitoring the scene, if the camera captures someone on the phone, smoking, in fatigue, not wearing a helmet, not wearing overalls, and other behaviors, the monitoring system can immediately analyze these abnormal behaviors, take photos and videos or record other early warning information, send them to the monitoring center, and automatically marshal out the video of the site, so that the staff on duty can find out the incident through video and deal with these problems promptly.
